Details & General Rules:

  • Dates & Times: the camp starts on the afternoon of Thursday, July 3, and ends on the afternoon of Sunday, July 6, 2025.

  • Age: 14 – 35 Years old.

  • Fee:  

    • Regular rate: $280 USD (Early Bird rate is $260 and is available until May 15, 2025).

    • The full amount is due upon registration.

  • Registration Deadline: June 15th, 2025. (Spots might be available past this date, but there are no guarantees!).

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, your spot will no longer be available and the refund process will be as follows:

- Full refund of any amount paid is guaranteed until May 1st, 2025.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded between May 2nd and May 18th, 2025.
- No refund of any amount will be available after May 18th, 2025.
