Details & General Rules:

  • Dates & Times: the camp starts on the afternoon of Friday January 16th, and ends on the afternoon of Monday January 19th, 2026.

  • Age: 18 - 30 Years old.

  • Fee:  

    • Regular rate: $290 USD (early bird rate of $270 is available until the evening of November 30th, 2025).

    • The full amount is due upon registration.

  • Registration Deadline: January 5th, 2026. (Spots might be available past this date, but there are no guarantees!).

  • Registration:

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, your spot will no longer be available and the refund process will be as follows:

- Full refund of any amount paid is guaranteed until December 10th, 2025.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded between December 11th and 30th, 2025.
- No refund of any amount will be available after January 1st, 2026.
